We have courtesy cars available, please read the terms and conditions that apply.

Your car being in the workshop need not mean you’re without a car. We have courtesy cars available for you to use while your vehicle is with us. The cars are regularly checked and maintained by our caring staff to ensure you enjoy your experience with the courtesy cars.

Terms and conditions

We are pleased to offer the use of a courtesy car, subject to the following terms and conditions.

• Excessive need of cleaning will be charged at £50 per hour. and all of our courtesy cars have £500.00 excess if damaged.
• The courtesy cars will be insured by C & C Barnett Ltd and maintained in a roadworthy and legal condition.

The driver will:

• Have held a full UK Driving Licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Be over the age of 21 years.
• Advise C & C Barnett of any speeding or parking offences which occur during the usage of the courtesy car.
• Be responsible for payment of any penalties arising from speeding or parking offences incurred whilst in charge of the courtesy car.
• Replace fuel used prior to returning to C & C Barnett Ltd.
• Return the courtesy car in good condition.
• Advise C & C Barnett Ltd of any defects or any accidents that immediately thereafter by telephone.
• Lock and secure the courtesy car when not in use.
• Be responsible for arranging breakdown recovery back to C & C Barnett Ltd should anything happen to the courtesy car.

The driver will not:

• Exceed the speed limit or commit any driving offences.
• Park in restricted area which may result in a parking ticket or wheel clamping.
• Smoke in the courtesy car or be under the influence of any alcohol or drugs.

The driver hereby agrees to the terms and conditions above
