Used this garage for the first time recently and was impressed. Fixed a faulty sensor with genuine Audi part very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Called me promptly when the car was ready, will be using again.
Called in late afternoon last Friday to see if I could book a car in for them to check out a slow puncture. As luck would have it, their tyre guy was on site and a member of staff kindly went and asked if he would look at the puncture if I could get the car to site. As I lie locally (luckily) the tyre guy readily agreed so I duly nipped home and got the car down. Puncture repaired about 45 minutes later. Great friendly service, happy to recommend C&C Barnett. Thank you!

I've used this garage since it first opened and, honestly, they're outstanding. The list is too long for me to say how much they've helped over the years, certainly they go well above and beyond to help out. The quality of work is excellent, the owners and staff very friendly, down-to-earth and fun.

We were on the way to the Scottish Highlands when we noticed grinding on the brakes. Fortunately we had a stop over in Carlisle and therefore tried a number of garages to get us an emergency appointment. None could help out until we contacted c and c Barnett, who were themselves very busy but seeing how distressed we were, managed to move things around so that they could assess and then resolve the issue (2 new brake discs and 1 set of pads as well as topping up our oil). They even lent us a courtesy car at no extra cost so we could spend some time visiting the local area. Being honest, I was expecting them to make us pay through the nose for this speedy and excellent service but the price was very reasonable. I can’t recommend them enough as it ensured we could have a wonderful family holiday! The Gennard’s, Worcestershire/Shropshire border.
The most amazing customer service we have received in years. We had brake problems but even on a Saturday this amazing team sourced and fitted new parts in 4 hours and had us on our way again. Pure professionalism and really friendly with it. Cannot recommend them enough
